The Child’s Voice
These pages deal with the idea that our children do not seem to have a voice in what happens to them. With the passage of NCLB the voices we hear as to what our children need come from politicians, lawyers, corporate executives, religious leaders, disconnected educational administrators and, any and all other groups of what appear to be concerned citizens.
Many of these voices come with a hidden agenda. The true agenda needs to be about our children. The true voice of our children needs to come from the classroom. That is what I attempt to do within this section of my site.
Included in these pages are opinions of what I feel are concerns and issues we need to acknowledge and address. The subpages to the left are some of my opinions and some of the methods I am using to get our children’s voices to be heard.
